Southampton FC - Sports Science Summit

Southampton FC are hosting an Undergraduate Sports Science Summit on 16th May, tickets cost £50 per head. This unique event will provide current undergraduates with a valuable insight into the daily implementation of sports science and strength & conditioning practice. Topics include growth & maturation, return to play, monitoring and more. This summit will aim to give undergraduates an understanding of basic sports science principles from an academy to first team setting, in addition to preparing those pursuing opportunities within professional sport or seeking placements within the industry.
